Scope of Work: Full length 3-5 minute video with voice-over, which can be broken into video segments for use on social media, plus approximately 30 edited photographs.
Potential donors would be the priority audience, but a message that will build support outside of ACC is also needed. The main message will be a plea for donations and for viewers to understand that local match funds are a challenge for the small towns along the route. A secondary message, voiced by brief testimonials from trail users in Greene and Oglethorpe, is for residents of these counties to hear and see that the trail brings positive benefits to them locally and that it is not just for visitors.
